Do you believe R. Mayweather knows what Manny Pacquiao is on?

If Manny Pacquiao wanted to fight, he would have taken the fight already. He didn't fight because number one, he didn't want to take the test. Any time a guy don't want to make $100 million dollars, that tells you right there he got sh*t illegal in him anyway.
How is a guy going to turn down $100 million dollars? Tell me. A guy turns down a $100 million dollars because he doesn't want to take a test. Everybody takes a test. Everybody takes a blood test. He said 'I don't want to take no blood test'. You don't want to take a blood test? All fighters take blood tests. We ain't saying he didn't want to fight. He didn't want to take the test. That's what we're saying. People want to see it but you can't make a fight when a motherf**ker don't want to take a test.
Every fighter in the history of the sport of boxing - they all take a test. Not Floyd. Not Ali. Not Pacquiao. But every motherf**ker [who] laced them gloves up. If he's going to fight in that ring, he's going to take a test. - Roger Mayweather said.
I wonder why a narrow minded guy like Roger Mayweather thought Manny Pacquiao didn't want to take the test? Pacquiao has been fighting in Vegas since he first fought Lehlohonolo Ledwaba on 2001. Pacquiao never tested positive for any drug and Floyd Mayweather Jr. as well. The funny thing is that, when Floyd Mayweather Jr. is about to face Pacquiao, he's whining, crying and screaming foul that Manny Pacquiao the greatest and the best pound for pound of his generation is under the influence of super drug from the Philippines. That is the most stupid, most idiotic, and pathetic statement I've heard off. What a bunch of dummies and chickens.
